Studies are consistently showing that eating more of your calories earlier (instead of later) is better for circadian entrainment, mood, health, and body composition.
Cool article John, I think this calorie front loading idea is far different than what I have heard in the past, which said to fast during the day and splurge at night. I’m going to give this earlier calories intake thing a try. Thanks!
